How do I place and order?

Placing an order: Ordering is straightforward and easy. Simply browse the site, select the collectable(s) you wish to purchase and click the purchase button. Instructions will be available along the way to make ordering a breeze. Or you can specify the item you'd like in a note, send check or money order to: The Collectors Showcase P.O. Box 18866, Austin TX, 78760.

Can I return my purchase?

You may exchange your item at no cost other than shipping within 30 days. If you request a product return within 90 days there will be a 10% restocking fee plus postage. If for whatever reason you return your item for an exchange and we send a second unit to you, the return policy is void and the sale is final.

How long will it take to receive my collectable?

We ship items within 5-10 days from receiving your order. It takes an additional 3-5 business days for most packages to be delivered in the continental US.

What care should I exercise in preserving my collectable?

Due to the fine detail and hand painting of your miniature extreme care must be exercised when handling it. Always grasp the piece by the solid base. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight. If possible house your collectables in a curio cabinet or purchase one of the cases available on our site. Never clean your collectables with anything but a dry clean rag. Solvents will remove the finish and eventually the paint. Nothing on this site is meant for children.

Is my transaction secure?

Verisign Secure Utilizing our secure pay server all credit card transactions are fully secure. An encryption ensures that your personal information is safe, always.

Are there shipping and handling fees?

Each purchase is accompanied with a shipping and handling charge. These charges vary depending on the type of product, size and part detail. UPS ground is the standard shipping service available. Products are usually shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order. If an item is on backorder or will take any longer to ship we will notify you immediately. Each item is fully ensured and if your collectable is damaged along the way we will immediately replace it once we receive the damaged piece.

Is there sales tax?

Currently sales tax is only applicable if ordering within the state of California but it seems this will change soon as local governments seek to tax Internet sales.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you feel that you've waited too long or wish to know how your order is progressing please e-mail is at support@thecollectorsshowcase.com. We will reply within 24 hours to let you know of the status of your existing order.
